Reviewers

The most important responsibilities that respected reviewers need to pay attention in the review process:

1- Reviewers should be responsible, responsive, and punctual, adhere to professional ethics, and respect authors' rights.

2- After receiving the journal's review request, they should inform the journal as soon as possible whether to accept or decline the review request.

3- If, for any reason, the reviewer can't review the manuscript, it is necessary to inform the journal as soon as possible and mention the reason. The reviewers do not have the authority to assign the reviewing of a manuscript to another person.

4- After accepting the review, the following items must be checked by the reviewer:

  1.    Novelty
  2.    Originality
  3.    Scientific reliability
  4.    A valuable contribution to the science
  5.    Adding new aspects to the existing field of study
  6.    Ethical aspects
  7.    Structure of the manuscript submitted and its relevance to "Guide for Authors"
  8.    References provided to substantiate the content
  9.    Grammar, punctuation, and spelling
  10.    Scientific misconduct

5- The reviewers have complete discretion in rejecting or accepting the manuscript.

6- The reviewers must review the manuscript based on scientific documents and logical arguments and clearly state the result of the review with details.

7- The content and information of the manuscripts under review are completely confidential, and the reviewers must keep them. After the paper is published in the journal, the reviewers do not have the right to publish details beyond what the journal has published.

8- It is necessary to inform the journal office of any problems in the manuscript review process.
